Our hand-crocheted jute Tawashi is a natural, antibacterial, and biodegradable alternative to synthetic dishwashing sponges. Made from 100% natural fibre jute, it effectively scrubs dishes without scratching and is compostable at the end of its life.

Easy to clean – soak in a shallow sink of boiling water with vinegar or run it through the dishwasher with your dishes. Durable and reusable, this eco-friendly sponge is now available in a pack of 3 and as part of the Washing Up Set for a sustainable kitchen upgrade.

Material and Wash Instructions

Rinse under running water after use. Rest in a shallow sink of kettle water and a splash of vinegar or wash on the top shelf of your dishwasher away from the knives.
